The following guidelines have been implemented for building security and the items listed below will not be permitted in the building.

Purses, backpacks, duffel bags, backpack style purses, cinch bags, sling bags or diaper bags, bags/purses larger than 4"x6", strollers, alcohol, bottles, food, cans, thermoses, coolers, drugs, chains, fireworks, weapons (unless state law explicitly authorizes a person to carry a weapon. Please note that state law does NOT authorize weapons or firearms for certain events or areas of the premises, such as school, college, or professional athletic events not related to firearms or portions of FLA Live Arena licensed and primarily devoted to dispense alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises.), noisemakers and laser pointers.

No items will be checked-in. All prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle.

For most events, at the request of promoters, artists and/or leagues, video cameras are not permitted. Regular, non-professional cameras may be permitted—please call 954-835-7000 to inquire about the camera policy for the event you are interested in.

Guests of FLA Live Arena are not allowed to bring in outside food and beverages (including alcohol) into any game, concert or event. Sanza offers a wide variety of food and beverage options to accommodate fans with allergies, intolerances, restrictions or religious requirements. Guests may bring in one sealed plastic bottle of water per person for their personal use. Anyone needing to bring in baby food or children’s snacks may do so in reasonable amounts. These items must be in see-through plastic ziplock bags. No glass or metal bottles, cans or containers will be permitted.

Any guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact FLA Live Arena at 954-835-7000 to arrange approval prior to the event day. If you are unable to connect with a representative prior to the event, please notify the Event Staff upon arrival of your dietary needs. Items will be subject to a Supervisor or Managers approval. Guest Service Center will not check-in any food and beverage items. Unauthorized items may be asked to be disposed of prior to entering the arena.

FLA Live Arena concession stands and vendors sell peanuts and other products that may contain nuts throughout the venue. We do not have areas free from nut products and as a result, we recommend that anyone with nut allergies uses caution when attending events at FLA Live Arena.

While FLA Live Arena is better known as the home of your Florida Panthers, as well as, one of South Florida’s premier sports and entertainment destination, you may not be aware of a variety of unique locations to host your next business or social functions.

Choose from traditional meeting spaces or unique settings, we have private function areas that can accommodate groups ranging from 30 to 500 people. Rooms are available for rent and booked on a first come, first served basis. Customized catering services are provided by Sanza and may range from business breakfasts and sit-down luncheons or dinners to elegant buffets.

In Person

Florida Panthers Team merchandise is available in Pantherland. Pantherland is located inside FLA Live Arena by the main doors. Pantherland is open for every home game an hour before game time to 30 minutes after the game.

Inside the Boards merchandise store is also located inside FLA Live Arena near section 122 on the Plaza Level. 'Inside the Boards' gives fans the opportunity to purchase game-used, game-issued, and locker room-issued products for sale.

On non-game days, you may visit the Panthers IceDen Pro Shop, the team’s official practice facility features a full service hockey and figure skating store with 3D skate fitting technology and professionally trained staff.
