Tickets for FLA Live Arena’s world-class events can be purchased online, by phone, or at the FLA Live Arena Box Office.
Box Office Information
FLA Live Arena Box Offices are located on both the North and South sides of the main entrance. *The Box Office does not participate in the first day of any general public on-sale.
NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ALLOWED.
Business Hours
- 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday
- 9:00 a.m. for Weekday Games
Weekend Business Hours – Game or Event days only!
Events/Concerts*
- 12:00 p.m. – approximately an hour after the event starts, Saturday-Sunday
Hockey Games**
- 12:00 p.m. – approximately a half hour after the game is over, Saturday-Sunday
*Concerts: Sales and Will Call close at the same time. Unclaimed Will Call is moved to Guest Services, located near the Main Entrance doors on the North Side of the building.
**Hockey: Will Call closes at the beginning of the third period and unclaimed Will Call is moved to Guest Services, located near the Main Entrance doors on the North Side of the building.

FLA Live Arena works with Ticketmaster Online in order to provide you with an easy and convenient way of buying your tickets for a particular event at the Center. Visit ticketmaster.com to purchase tickets for a FLA Live Arena event.
Each ticket purchased through ticket centers, over the telephone, or on Ticketmaster Online is subject to a per-ticket convenience charge. Orders processed over the telephone or on Ticketmaster Online are also subject to a per-order handling charge.
